PREVENTION OF GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING
Comprehensive protection, self-care and a community response to violence
We develop comprehensive actions to prevent gender-based violence and human trafficking, prioritizing the wellbeing and protection of girls, boys and adolescents. We create safe spaces such as circles of trust that strengthen self-care, self-esteem and empowerment. We also provide practical tools for reporting and protection, promoting a culture of prevention from an early age.
We complement these actions with educational and community campaigns that raise awareness, as well as psychological support services. We encourage the active participation of young people and community leaders in monitoring brigades, family visits and advocacy events. We also coordinate with the tourism sector to prevent trafficking, promoting responsible practices and certifications that contribute to safe environments.
Prevention becomes stronger when girls, boys, adolescents, families and key sectors share alerts, protection routes and concrete commitments.

Project 01
Binational event on human trafficking
Binational exchange of experiences, strategies and commitments to prevent human trafficking in border territories.
We organize binational meetings between Peru and Bolivia focused on analyzing, preventing and responding to human trafficking, encouraging the exchange of experiences, good practices and coordinated strategies between both countries. These spaces seek to strengthen joint work among key stakeholders and generate commitments to protect vulnerable populations, especially girls, boys and adolescents.
For several years, we have promoted this event in partnership with organizations and institutions from both countries, notably with Bolivia's Munasin Kullakita organization. Local authorities, justice-system representatives, prosecutors, social organizations, community leaders, and girls, boys and adolescents take part, contributing their voices, experiences and proposals.
Their active participation makes their perspectives visible, strengthens their role as agents of change and promotes more inclusive and effective actions for the prevention, detection and reporting of human trafficking in border territories.
