Our team presentation

Yanapanakusun's team is made up of educators, psychologists, anthropologists and social promoters: an interdisciplinary team able to provide prevention and support through community-based and intercultural approaches. One of the team's most important characteristics is that 80% are Quechua speakers, which builds trusting relationships and effective communication with the population. It also makes it possible to promote the exchange of experiences and the recovery of knowledge from an intercultural approach. The team participates in various public and private networks and processes that promote dialogue between gender and intercultural approaches.

In the administrative and financial area, Yanapanakusun has professionals who ensure financial management and accounting. Their work is directly supervised by the executive director, who is also a professional accountant. The quality of Yanapanakusun's administrative management led Tierra de Hombres - Italy to transfer to Yanapanakusun, from 2024 onward, the administration, coordination and support of the projects it carries out in Peru after closing its offices in the country.
