SOLIDARITY-BASED ECONOMIC ENTERPRISES AND EMPLOYABILITY PROMOTION

Employability, economic autonomy and solidarity-based enterprises

We promote employability and entrepreneurship skills among adolescents and young people, strengthening their economic autonomy. Through technical training, business mentoring and dual education programs, we provide practical tools for entering the workforce in sectors such as tourism, services and local enterprises.

We also promote solidarity-based economic initiatives that strengthen the community economy by supporting the creation and promotion of products and services. We accompany young entrepreneurs through marketing, sales and brand-development processes, including digital platforms, fairs and audiovisual content. These actions help create sustainable opportunities and improve quality of life in communities.

Economic autonomy grows when young people have the tools to work, undertake ventures and create sustainable opportunities in their own territory.
